It was a very special day for VPharma Inc. as they held the Mega Malunggay Media Launch at The Parenting Emporium.  It was an honor to be invited because Mega Malunggay has helped me in my breastfeeding journey.  And in a few months from now, we will welcome another bundle of joy in our family which means I will be using Mega Malunggay capsules more frequently to help boost my milk supply.

Vince Dy, owner of VPharma, has always been fascinated with healthy supplements and natural alternatives.  He recalled those days when he would enjoy tagging along with his mom to the pharmacy.  Even during out of town trips, he would visit local pharmacies to scout for unique remedies, and they would bring these home to add to his collection.  He was definitely not a typical boy.  After graduation, he pursued this passion and decided to learn more about natural supplements.

#HealthForEveryFamily- this has always been the vision of VPharma.  The company looked for a solution for the very first state of life- conception then the first 1000 days, thus the Mega Malunggay.  Malunggay has sufficient calcium, iron, and other ingredients needed to keep the mother and child healthy.  But absorption is a big factor and without Vitamin C, there is poor absorption of the ingredients.  It was great to know that Mega Malunggay's formulation has 100mg of Sodium Ascorbate (a non-acidic form of Vitamin C).

Naturali Cold Pressed Virgin Coconut Oil is another product made by VPharma.  It can be used by all members of the family- for cooking, supplementation, and skin care.  Mega Mangosteen is a blend of mangosteen and malunggay.  It contains a lot of antioxidants that strengthen the immune system and help fight cancer.

The newest product is the Atlantic Delights Salmon Omega-3 Chewables.  It is the purest source of Salmon Oil and Pelagic Fish Oil- providing good quality Omega-3, DHA and EPA to support neurological functions and cardiovascular health.

There was a cooking demo featuring healthy recipes cooked with malunggay powder.  We got to taste White Gazpacho, Poke Bowl, and Chicken Parmigiana.

There were some emotional and heartwarming moments as Vince Dy thanked his father, and wife Kim.

Of course, VPharma had some raffle prizes in store for us.  I think everyone in the room wanted to win the bumper mat.  Too bad I  did not get to bring it home, but I won a minor prize from Coco Natura- cookies and coco jam spread.  I felt guilty because I could not stop munching on the cookies when I got home.  I was relieved when Maricel Cua (the other half of The Parenting Emporium) said- "Well, coco sugar is not like white sugar... the effect on blood is 65 percent less than white so yes, dont feel guilty."  Whew!

It was a beautiful morning spent with Tina Rodriguez (the momma behind Diamonds Among Diapers), Nicar Yu, and the dynamic duo Maricel Cua and Beng Feliciano.  I just realized that Tina, Nicar, and I all went home with prizes.  Nicar won one of the goodies from &Everything, while Tina also got the Coco Natura prize.

I am so glad that I did not miss this event because it was a celebration of passion, hard work, and love for the family.  Thank you VPharma for aiming to support each and every family by providing quality and accessible health solutions.
