Food to Avoid While You're Pregnant

When you're pregnant, you should be mindful of a lot of things, especially of what you eat.  Doctors can have different opinions and beliefs.  As for my OB, the food listed below are OK to consume.  She's not too strict when it comes to my diet.  She just warned me against chocolates, coffee, softdrinks and iced tea.


convenience store packed meals
strawberries
yogurt
choco drinks
cereal (choco flavor)
cookies
sandwich spread
hotdog and canned goods (occasional)
any kind of milk
wheatgrass
fresh juice
yakult
decaf coffee
