As an admin of The Momma Club , I receive random messages about all things motherhood. Moms ask for advice on various topics, while others ask for recommendation such as choice of an OB or a trusted baby product. Just like dizziness, headaches, shortness of breath, gassiness, it is a common condition for pregnant mommas. I remembered my OB telling me how yogurt and chia seeds helped her have a more comfortable bowel movement. Fyi, my OB was not pregnant. She is one of the senior OB's at the hospital.

Jollibee grants little girls' dream of becoming princesses with the launch of their newest Kids Party theme- Jollibee Fairytale Land. My little girls and I had so much fun at the launch of this party theme held at Jollibee Biopolis Macapagal in Pasay City. It was truly a magical event with all those tiaras and gorgeous royal gowns. The Princess Glam Station was a hit. The mommies enjoyed seeing their kids getting glammed up. I liked how the stylist added color to my little girl's hair. There was also a tiara decorating station, and a photo booth to capture the fun of course. Princess Twirlie and Princess Hetty were there. I read a book before which stated that patients who were comforted by their doctors (with as simple as holding their hands) recovered faster compared to patients who did not receive a gentle caring touch from their doctors. I received a tube of Euky Bearub and was amazed that the product has existed since 1977. Prior to that, I would use oil to massage my little girl to help her feel better.
