No No's During Pregnancy

Below are the things/activities to avoid during pregnancy as advised by an OB from St. Luke's:
-laser hair removal
-antihistamine meds
-herbal supplements
-sexual contact from week 8 to week 16 due to risk in abortion
-wearing high heels
-applying oil or creams in the groin area
-using pantyliners

On the other hand, OB said it's OK to do the following:
-apply sunblock
-use feminine wash
-apply antibiotic ointment and Clobetasol cream as needed
-take a warm shower at night
-mild to moderate exercise such as brisk walking
-oral prophylaxis during 2nd trimester (Xray procedures are not allowed though)

What about you, Mommas?  What precautions or reminders has your OB advised?
